Mechanism of Action
Humanized IgG-based T-cell-engaging bispecific antibody targeting FcRH5 (FcRL5) on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells. By cross-linking the two, it drives polyclonal T-cell activation and redirected cytotoxicity against FcRH5-expressing plasma cells. FcRH5 is near-uniformly expressed on myeloma cells, offering a target distinct from BCMA.
