Mechanism of Action
CGT4859 is an oral, selective FGFR2/FGFR3 inhibitor engineered to potently block both wild-type and clinically relevant resistance-conferring kinase alterations while sparing FGFR1 to reduce hyperphosphatemia. It targets FGFR2/3-driven cholangiocarcinoma and other solid tumors.
