Mechanism of Action
Cinrebafusp alfa is a HER2/4-1BB (CD137) bispecific fusion combining a HER2-targeting antibody with an Anticalin 4-1BB agonist, driving tumor-localized T-cell costimulation only where HER2 is engaged. This concentrates immune activation in the tumor while sparing systemic 4-1BB toxicity.
