Mechanism of Action
Humanized monoclonal antibody targeting ROR1, an oncofetal receptor tyrosine kinase re-expressed on CLL, mantle cell lymphoma, and some solid tumors but largely absent on normal adult tissue. Binding ROR1 blocks Wnt5a-driven non-canonical Wnt signaling, inhibiting tumor-cell proliferation, migration, and stemness/self-renewal programs.
Investigational Indications
- Relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)
- Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)
- ROR1-expressing solid tumors (e.g., breast cancer, in combination studies)
