Mechanism of Action
Autologous CAR-T cell therapy targeting Claudin18.2 (CLDN18.2), a tight-junction protein aberrantly exposed on gastric and pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells, directing T-cell cytotoxicity against CLDN18.2-expressing tumor cells.
