Mechanism of Action
Allogeneic (off-the-shelf) anti-CD19 CAR-T product manufactured from healthy-donor cells with CRISPR/Cas9 edits that disrupt TRAC and MHC to reduce GvHD and rejection, plus additional edits (e.g., Regnase-1/TGFBR2) to enhance potency and persistence against CD19+ B-cell malignancies.
