Mechanism of Action
Fc-engineered anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody that blocks CD70-CD27 signaling on leukemic stem cells and mediates enhanced ADCC/ADCP, depleting CD70-expressing myeloid blasts and stem cells; synergizes with hypomethylating agents that upregulate CD70.
