Mechanism of Action
CYH33 is an oral, potent inhibitor with selectivity for the alpha isoform of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3Kα), the isoform frequently activated by PIK3CA mutations in breast cancer. Blockade suppresses downstream AKT/mTOR signaling and can create synthetic lethality with PARP inhibition.
