Mechanism of Action
Dalpiciclib is a highly selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 that blocks retinoblastoma protein phosphorylation, arresting cell-cycle progression at the G1-S transition. This restores cell-cycle control in hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer.
