Mechanism of Action
A HER2-directed antibody-drug conjugate linking an anti-HER2 IgG1 to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a cleavable linker, delivering cytotoxic damage to HER2-expressing tumor cells including HER2-low disease with bystander effect.
