Mechanism of Action
DFF332 is an oral small-molecule HIF-2α inhibitor that disrupts the HIF-2α/HIF-1β transcriptional complex, downregulating hypoxia-responsive oncogenic gene programs. This deprives clear cell renal cell carcinoma and VHL-driven tumors of key angiogenic and proliferative signals.
