Mechanism of Action
Humanized monoclonal antibody that neutralizes Dickkopf-1 (DKK1), a Wnt pathway modulator overexpressed in gastric and esophageal cancers. DKK1 blockade restores antitumor immune activity and inhibits Wnt-driven tumor growth, with synergy alongside PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibition.
