Mechanism of Action
Amphiphile (lipid-conjugated) therapeutic cancer vaccine combining seven mutant KRAS/NRAS peptide antigens with a CpG adjuvant that traffics to lymph nodes, priming polyfunctional mutant-KRAS-specific CD8/CD4 T cells to eradicate minimal residual disease.
