Mechanism of Action
Enobosarm is an oral selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) that acts as a tissue-selective androgen receptor agonist. In AR-positive breast cancer, androgen receptor activation exerts an antiproliferative, tumor-suppressive effect that opposes estrogen-driven growth.
