Mechanism of Action
Folate receptor alpha (FRα)-targeting antibody-drug conjugate combining the humanized anti-FRα antibody farletuzumab with the microtubule-inhibitor payload eribulin via a cleavable linker. Binds FRα-overexpressing tumor cells, internalizes, and releases eribulin to cause mitotic arrest and apoptosis with bystander activity.
Investigational Indications
- Platinum-resistant FRα-expressing ovarian, primary peritoneal, and fallopian tube cancer
- FRα-positive endometrial cancer
- FRα-positive NSCLC and other solid tumors
