Mechanism of Action
A next-generation selective BCL-2 inhibitor that binds the BH3-binding groove of BCL-2, displacing pro-apoptotic proteins such as BIM to reactivate BAX/BAK-driven intrinsic apoptosis. Its high BCL-2 selectivity is designed to retain venetoclax-like efficacy while addressing resistance and tolerability limitations.
