Mechanism of Action
Humanized 2:1 T-cell-engaging bispecific antibody that binds GPRC5D (highly expressed on malignant plasma cells) with two binding arms and CD3 on T cells with one, redirecting polyclonal T-cell cytotoxicity against myeloma cells independent of BCMA expression.
