Mechanism of Action
GC012F is a bispecific autologous CAR-T cell therapy targeting both BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen) and CD19 simultaneously on the same CAR-T cell construct. Using Gracell's proprietary FasT CAR-T (Fully-automated and Scalable Technology) platform, GC012F can be manufactured within 22–36 hours — compared to 10–21 days for conventional CAR-T therapies — using an overnight cytokine stimulation and transduction protocol. Investigational Indications
- Relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (4+ prior lines, including IMID, PI, anti-CD38)
- Newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (frontline — Phase 2 trial initiated)
- Autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, myasthenia gravis — Phase 1/2)
