Mechanism of Action
Autologous third-generation GD2-directed CAR T cells incorporating an inducible caspase-9 safety switch, targeting the GD2 disialoganglioside that is uniformly overexpressed on neuroblastoma, enabling durable cytotoxic responses with an off-switch for toxicity control.
