Mechanism of Action
DuoBody bispecific antibody co-targeting the costimulatory receptors CD40 (on antigen-presenting cells) and 4-1BB (CD137, on activated T cells). Conditional, cross-arm clustering drives localized dendritic-cell activation and T-cell costimulation only where both targets are engaged, aiming to amplify anti-tumor immunity while limiting systemic agonism.
