Mechanism of Action
Giredestrant is a highly potent oral SERD and pure ER antagonist that induces ER degradation and durable pathway suppression. It retains activity against ESR1-mutant receptors and achieves near-complete ER occupancy at low daily doses, supporting once-daily oral dosing and combination with CDK4/6 inhibitors.

- ER+/HER2- locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer
- ER+/HER2- early breast cancer (neoadjuvant/adjuvant programs)
