Mechanism of Action
A tetra-specific antibody that simultaneously engages CD19 on B-cell lymphoma cells and CD3 on T cells while providing 4-1BB and PD-L1 costimulatory/checkpoint modulation. This design redirects and costimulates T cells to lyse CD19-positive lymphoma while counteracting T-cell exhaustion.
