Mechanism of Action
Trispecific DLL3-targeted T-cell engager (TriTAC) binding DLL3 on tumor cells, CD3 on T cells, and serum albumin for half-life extension, redirecting cytotoxic T cells against DLL3-expressing small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine tumors.
