Anti-PD-L1 antibody-drug conjugate delivering a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. Binds PD-L1 on tumor and immune cells, internalizes to release cytotoxic payload for DNA damage, combining targeted cytotoxicity with potential relief of PD-L1-mediated immune suppression.
