Mechanism of Action
Fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting VISTA (V-domain Ig suppressor of T-cell activation), a myeloid- and T-cell-expressed negative checkpoint. Blockade of VISTA reduces myeloid-mediated immunosuppression and reactivates T-cell responses; engineered to avoid depleting VISTA-high myeloid cells while neutralizing the inhibitory signal.
