Mechanism of Action
Antibody-drug conjugate comprising a humanized anti-B7-H3 (CD276) monoclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload; binds B7-H3-overexpressing tumor cells, internalizes, and releases the cytotoxic payload to induce DNA damage and apoptosis with bystander effect.
