Oral allosteric small-molecule inhibitor of Casitas B-lineage lymphoma-b (CBL-B), an E3 ubiquitin ligase that acts as an intracellular immune checkpoint; inhibition lowers the T-cell activation threshold and enhances T- and NK-cell antitumor immunity.
