Mechanism of Action
IBI3001 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate co-targeting EGFR and B7-H3 to deliver a cytotoxic payload into tumor cells expressing either antigen, broadening tumor coverage in colorectal and other GI cancers. Dual targeting is designed to overcome antigen heterogeneity and reduce escape.
