Mechanism of Action
IBI343 is a Claudin18.2 (CLDN18.2)-directed antibody-drug conjugate composed of a humanized anti-CLDN18.2 IgG1 monoclonal antibody conjugated to the topoisomerase I inhibitor exatecan via a cleavable linker. CLDN18.2 is a tight-junction protein aberrantly exposed on the surface of gastric, gastroesophageal junction, and pancreatic adenocarcinomas but sequestered in normal gastric mucosa.
