Mechanism of Action
IBI389 is a CLDN18.2 x CD3 bispecific antibody engaging cytotoxic T cells to CLDN18.2-expressing gastrointestinal tumors, inducing MHC-independent T-cell-mediated tumor lysis. It is studied as monotherapy and with the PD-1 inhibitor sintilimab.
