Mechanism of Action
Autologous T cells express a GD2-directed CAR co-expressing transgenic IL-15 to enhance in vivo persistence and an inducible caspase-9 (iC9) safety switch permitting rapid ablation with rimiducid if severe toxicity occurs. GD2 is highly expressed on neuroblastoma.
