Mechanism of Action
First-in-class small-molecule inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase (PARG), the enzyme that degrades PAR chains. PARG inhibition traps PAR/PARP at replication forks and causes lethal replication stress selectively in homologous-recombination-deficient (BRCA-mutant/HRD) tumors, offering a distinct synthetic-lethal axis from PARP inhibitors.
