Mechanism of Action
Therapeutic cancer vaccine targeting the IDH1 R132H neoantigen — a tumor-specific mutation (arginine→histidine at position 132 of isocitrate dehydrogenase 1) present in approximately 70% of WHO grade 2–3 gliomas and secondary glioblastoma. The R132H substitution creates a novel peptide sequence foreign to the immune system, which is processed and presented on HLA class II (and class I) molecules, enabling priming of tumor-specific CD4+ helper and CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses. - IDH1 R132H-mutant WHO grade 2–3 glioma (low-grade and anaplastic glioma)
- IDH1 R132H-mutant secondary glioblastoma
