Mechanism of Action
Anti-B7-H3 (CD276) monoclonal antibody conjugated to DXd, a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a tetrapeptide-based cleavable linker. B7-H3 is widely overexpressed on SCLC, NSCLC, urothelial carcinoma, breast, and prostate cancer cells. Upon internalization, DXd induces DNA single-strand breaks and apoptosis, with a potential bystander effect on neighboring tumor cells.
