Mechanism of Action
Oral dual-MEK (MEK1/2) inhibitor designed for deep cyclic (pulsatile) inhibition of the MAPK pathway ('universal-RAS' approach), producing intermittent near-complete pathway suppression to target RAS-mutant tumors while sparing normal tissue.
