Mechanism of Action
Hexavalent (six OX40-binding domains) agonist antibody targeting OX40 (CD134), a costimulatory receptor on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and regulatory T cells. Unlike bivalent OX40 antibodies that require FcγR-mediated crosslinking for clustering, the hexavalent format achieves high-avidity OX40 clustering and robust downstream signaling independent of Fc engagement, driving effector T-cell proliferation/survival and attenuating Treg-mediated suppression.
