Mechanism of Action
Potent, highly selective oral CDK2 inhibitor. Inhibits cyclin E–CDK2 complex activity to arrest cell-cycle progression at the G1/S transition, targeting tumors driven by cyclin E1 (CCNE1) amplification/overexpression and those resistant to CDK4/6 inhibition.
