IO-108 — Investigational Agent
Monoclonal Antibody · Phase 1 · Immune-Onc Therapeutics
Mechanism of Action
Antagonist monoclonal antibody targeting LILRB2 (ILT4), an inhibitory myeloid checkpoint receptor expressed on tumor-associated macrophages and myeloid-derived suppressor cells. Blockade of LILRB2 reprograms suppressive myeloid cells toward a pro-inflammatory, antigen-presenting phenotype, restoring T-cell activation. IO-108 targets the myeloid arm of immune suppression, complementary to T-cell checkpoint inhibitors.
