Mechanism of Action
Biparatopic CD38 x CD47 bispecific antibody that co-engages two CD38 epitopes for high-avidity tumor binding while blocking the CD47 'don't-eat-me' signal, redirecting macrophage phagocytosis and enhanced NK-mediated ADCC against myeloma cells. An engineered Fc augments effector function while limiting CD47-related red-cell toxicity.
