Mechanism of Action
Recombinant anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody that binds the EGFR extracellular domain to block ligand-induced activation; combined with EGFR TKIs it provides dual vertical EGFR blockade to enhance activity and delay resistance, including in exon 20 insertion NSCLC.
