Mechanism of Action
JS107 is a Claudin18.2-directed antibody-drug conjugate that internalizes into CLDN18.2-expressing gastric tumor cells to release a cytotoxic payload, causing DNA/microtubule-mediated cell death with potential bystander effect. It is combined with PD-1 blockade and chemotherapy in front-line gastric cancer.
