Mechanism of Action
Autologous peripheral-blood lymphocytes genetically engineered to express T-cell receptors reactive against shared mutant-KRAS neoantigens, administered with a heterologous prime-boost (adenoviral GRT-C903 / self-amplifying mRNA GRT-R904) vaccine to expand and sustain KRAS-specific T cells.

- Metastatic KRAS-mutant colorectal cancer
- Metastatic KRAS-mutant pancreatic and other GI cancers
