Mechanism of Action
Heterobifunctional targeted protein degrader (PROTAC) that recruits an E3 ligase to induce ubiquitin-proteasome degradation of STAT3, an oncogenic transcription factor considered undruggable by conventional inhibitors. Depleting STAT3 shuts down survival and proliferation programs in STAT3-dependent lymphomas and leukemias.
