Mechanism of Action
A first-in-class heterobifunctional IRAK4 degrader that recruits the CRBN E3 ligase to drive targeted proteasomal degradation of IRAK4, and, via its IMiD-based CRBN ligand, also degrades IKZF1/IKZF3. This dual degradation blocks both MYD88-driven innate-immune (TLR/IL-1R) signaling and B-cell survival programs in MYD88-mutant lymphomas.
