Mechanism of Action
LB1908 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy directed against Claudin18.2, redirecting patient T cells to lyse CLDN18.2-expressing GI adenocarcinomas after lymphodepletion. The CAR construct enables antigen-specific, MHC-independent tumor recognition.
