Mechanism of Action
Anti-Claudin 18.2 antibody-drug conjugate carrying a monomethyl auristatin E (tubulin inhibitor) payload. Binds Claudin 18.2 on gastric and pancreatic tumor cells, internalizes, and releases MMAE to arrest mitosis and induce apoptosis, with bystander effect on neighboring cells.
