Mechanism of Action
Oral selective BH3-mimetic BCL-2 inhibitor that binds the BH3 groove of BCL-2 to release pro-apoptotic effectors and trigger intrinsic apoptosis, with a design intended to retain activity against BCL-2 mutations that confer venetoclax resistance.
