Mechanism of Action
An oral FGFR3-selective inhibitor designed to spare FGFR1/2/4, targeting FGFR3-altered urothelial cancers while reducing off-isoform toxicities such as hyperphosphatemia. Isoform selectivity also aims to overcome resistance mutations to pan-FGFR inhibitors.
