Mechanism of Action
Potent, brain-penetrant, allosteric mutant-selective inhibitor of AKT1 E17K. Selectively targets the recurrent AKT1 E17K activating mutation while sparing wild-type AKT, blocking constitutive PI3K/AKT pathway signaling in tumors dependent on this alteration.
