Mechanism of Action
A next-generation oral inhibitor of BCL-2 with additional BCL-xL activity, antagonizing these anti-apoptotic proteins to liberate pro-apoptotic effectors and trigger intrinsic apoptosis. Its dual BCL-2/BCL-xL profile is designed to overcome venetoclax resistance driven by BCL-xL upregulation.
